My Journey in Real Estate
After 25 years working at the across the European property industry – from Knight Frank and Janus Henderson to Berkeley Group and directing sales for major UK developers, I’ve made a deliberate move to the Algarve.
I’m now a luxury real estate broker with QP Savills, operating across the Golden Triangle: Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and the wider Algarve market.
It’s a new chapter, and one I’m embracing with everything my career has built. In this busy market, what do I bring:
– I’ve spent decades understanding property from the inside – pricing strategy, layout design, market analysis, investor psychology, and what actually drives value. I’ve sat on the developer side of the table and know what questions buyers should be asking, but often aren’t.
– I listen carefully. I think commercially. And I understand that the perfect property rarely exists – but the right one almost always does, if you know how to look.
– I qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1999. Trust, expertise and integrity are my strengths.
– I work in English, French and Polish, which means I can serve clients across the key European buyer markets for this region without anything being lost in translation.
